In this course, you will learn how to set up and use each collaboration tool as well as how to update each application with your company branding.
My name is Keitha Freeman and I am a Zoho CRM Certified Partner. My team and I help businesses streamline and automate their processes by customizing Zoho applications and integrating them to create a unique and custom system. I also train others who would like to learn how to customize Zoho.
My goal for this course is to introduce you to each collaboration application. Since no two businesses are exactly alike, we’ll discuss different ways you can use these tools so that you can determine which applications are a good fit for your team and/or business.
