PMP Prep Series Course 1: Fundamentals of PMP

For the very coveted PMP exam preparation, it is required that you basics are very clear and you understand the concepts deeply. This course is one of the series of BASICS oriented courses that will be published here.

It is being used heavily as a way of work in industries such as construction, infrastructure, IT, software development and more. The idea that two industries that are so different from each other namely the construction and the IT; they both use project management as their main way of organizing work, in itselft speaks volumes about the applicability of project management everywhere. An industry that has never used project management can also start using it to achieve better efficiencies in terms of schedule, scope, quality, cost, risk, and such. And even in our personal lives, we can apply project management.

NOTE: Please note that this is NOT a 35 hour PDU course. This is an overview course with elaborate definitions with relevant examples for you to understand the concepts in a practical way. It can be used to facilitate further extensive and exhaustive study of terms and concepts.
