COURSE PROGRAM

1. INTRODUCTION TO MICROSOFT 365

A world of applications made to interact with each other for the sole purpose of increasing business productivity. More income for the same factors of production used or the same income using a smaller quantity.

2. CREATE USERS, GUESTS, CONTACTS, GROUPS, AND SHARED MAILBOXES

We’ll look at how to build the architecture of the organization by first designing it, and then seeing how users and groups fit into it.

Later, we’ll cover all aspects related to setting up the Office 365 account:

– The admin panel, which shows how to sign in, the list of active users, and the list of active Office 365 groups and teams in Teams

– the creation of a user model that allows users to be quickly inserted who will absorb all its characteristics in terms of skills and assigned licenses;
