3 -Change journeys required for Transformation

Who doesn’t want to be successful? If you look at all successful people, they are great at transforming the way things are done. Transformation is key for progress. However the reality is more than 70% of transformation projects fails and only 30% of  it succeeds. This is according to Project Management Institute study on companies. In my other course 3- step framework for transformation, I dealt with the framework that is essential for transformation.
