Course Description

Breathwork is an incredible healing modality that enables many positive benefits. Being very topical, it also brings about a great many questions. I’ve put together some answers to four of the most commonly asked questions about breathwork and I’ve followed this with a 20-minute guided breathwork session that can be carried out in a safe and supported container.

Once you have a full understanding of breathwork and the answers to these questions, you can join me as I guide you through a 20-minute breathe, set to a curated playlist.
