Course Description
This course is provide a complete overview of Important topics related Electrical Engineering and Electronics Engineering & Power Engineering. The course consists of total 7 lectures. Each Lecture is cover with detail discussion. The course total duration of about 1-hour. All lectures will be given in simple and precise way that would help Beginners to understand essential Electrical concepts.
Lecture 1: In this lecture overall course outline and Instructor introduction will be discuss.
Lecture2: What is electrical Circuit their different types such as short circuit, open circuit, linear circuit, Uni-lateral circuit, Bi-lateral circuit, non-linear circuit, active and passive circuit and parts of Electrical network will be discuss.
Lecture 3: Brief discussion on Electric Motors and Generators, their types mode of operation, and their practical applications.
Lecture 4: Students will learn all the important theories related to transformers, their different types, parts of power transformer, their principle of working, how to calculate the efficiency of transformer, what types of losses in transformer and practical applications.
Lecture 5: In this lecture different type if Electrical tools and lab equipment that Electronics and Electrical Engineers use during tests or in the field working
Lecture 6: Brief discussion on Programmable Logic Controller [PLC] , it’s components types and practical applications as well.
Lecture 7: In this lecture students will learn what is Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition SCADA system? and how it will help in the automation process, their parts and practical applications.
Lecture 8: In last lecture relays will be discuss. what are their role in Electrical field how they use as protection and tripping devices, what are there types, and what are their commercial and industrial applications.
