How to Properly Hold and Use Percussion Instruments

Upon completion of this course, students will learn how to properly hold and use a wide array of percussion instruments, namely the drumsticks, egg shaker, maraca, cowbell, tambourine, and bongo. It’s one thing to be able to play an instrument, but it’s another thing to do it the right way. And, there is a right way!

This course is designed to educate and inspire students to become a better version of themselves through music, broadening their horizons, and teaching them a necessary life-skill.

This will give students the confidence to take what they’ve learned in the classroom out into the real world. And, when we are able to do that, we not only impact our immediate circle of family and friends in a positive way, but the rest of the community at large as well. For one, the student can become the teacher, and we’ve found this is a great way to encourage and inspire others.
