This class is designed to share every process I encountered when starting up my dream store; Mr Krums. I sincerely hope this Class contributes in making your journey a lot smoother and clearer. By completing all the classes you would not be surprised by any obstacle you might face on the way because you would have already gotten some fore Knowledge on the Issue.

This is Part 1 of my series of building a successful restaurant and this class focuses more on business, Profits and other necessary processes to make sure your dream restaurant also makes you a good living.

Some people that start up restaurants just hire a Manager to do all these processes for them. Hiring an experienced manager leading your restaurant is a step in the right direction. However the best Manager you can get is yourself. Your manager is never going to love your business as much as you do and if he does that means you have to love your business more. This course is directed to first-time restauranteurs who may not particularly have the resources to hire a Manager or an Agency to help them get started.

You will also learn some of the things I look out for when hiring staff. Staff are basically representing you in your restaurant. Most people may not have the chance to see the owner of a restaurant. All they get to see are the staff in which the owner has employed and you have to hire people who are going to represent you and your brand well.
