The course covers the Program Increment (PI) planning process, detailing the responsibilities of POs and PMs in planning, execution, and backlog management. Participants will also develop skills in writing and prioritizing features and user stories using the INVEST model and acceptance criteria.

The course further explores Agile execution and continuous delivery practices, emphasizing the role of POs and PMs in PI execution, team collaboration, and continuous improvement through Inspect and Adapt workshops.
