Overcome Social Anxiety: The TRI-S.E.P Method
Overcome Social Anxiety: The TRI-S.E.P Method, A proven method for overcoming Social Anxiety Disorder, from a former sufferer turned professional Social Anxiety Coach.
Course Description
During my decades of struggle none of the advice I found was sensible, realistic or actually WORKED!
I created this method to cure myself using everything I could from meditation, Neuroscience, NLP, physiology, Positive Psychology and CBT. It is a proven method that has worked for me and dozens of my coaching clients.
It is exactly the course I wish I had 20 years ago!
In the video lectures, I will take you through the 3 levels of the TRI-S.E.P Method I devised over decades of personal struggle.
My philosophy is that there is no magic ‘quick fix’ or ‘silver bullet’ for Social Anxiety. It is a deep-rooted problem, which often forms over years, if not decades.
It has therefore, been my own experience and the experience of the dozens of clients I have coached to freedom, that S.A.D can only be overcome through holistic and radical, person transformation.
Inside this tutorial series, you’ll learn:
* The hidden drivers of Social Anxiety, that are little recognised and not commonly discussed.
* How to reshape yourself from the outside in, and the inside out.
* How to rewire your old unhelpful thinking patterns.
* How to test your learning in the real world and fear your fears head on.
* How to deal with inevitable setbacks that are a normal part of the recovery journey.
* How to create a positive and healthy lifestyle that will support and nurture your future development.
I am extremely passionate about this subject as I feel that the information out there for desperate sufferers is either limp, impractical advice from well-meaning advice people who don’t understand the condition or it’s deliberately misleading nonsense from people trying to cash in on peoples suffering.
I hope the honest and actionable advice will help to change your life as much as it did mine and the lives of my clients.
Stay strong in the fight!
