Hello, I work as a faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry at Kocaeli University. Since my psychiatry residency started in 2013, I have treated many patients with very different diagnoses as a physician.

The wrong strategies used to cope with stress in the emergence or exacerbation of these diseases is a very prominent problem.

With very basic adjustments, people’s disease symptoms regress or improve. Regulation of sleep hygiene, time management, exercise, proper nutrition are some of these. In this training, you will watch a content supported by artificial intelligence of progressive muscle relaxation exercise, which has been used for more than a century to manage stress in a healthy way.

Progressive muscle relaxation, is used in the treatment process of many diseases, especially depression, anxiety disorders and sleep disorders.

The training consists of two parts.

The first part is the information part and the second part is the application part. Do not proceed to the application without following the information part.

The information part includes a general introduction, the relationship between body and soul, the muscle groups to which the exercise will be applied, the general process of the application, what should and should not be done for a good progressive muscle relaxation exercise.
