Microsoft offers several virtualization technologies that organizations can use to resolve some challenges faced when running traditional server computing environments. For example server virtualization can help reduce the number of physical servers required and provide a flexible and resilient server solution for your business This module provides an overview of all the different virtualization technologies and provides some example scenarios where they can be used. This module also explains how you can manage both virtualization and traditional infrastructure. Finally, the module describes how to evaluate an environment to plan for virtualization.
The goal of this course is to teach System Center administrators to properly install, and manage, the System Center components needed to build a service fabric which is the foundation of a well-managed datacenter.
