In this course, the student will
– learn the basic concepts of Exploding Dots, a revolutionary concept that changes the way we learn and teach mathematics.
– understand how the place value system works. The student will understand how binary, ternary, decimal and other place value system works in a unified, fun and visual way.
– play with arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) in a purely visual way using dots and antidots. The student will be able to perform long division with ease in a fun and visual way..
– use the exact same concepts to perform similar operations in algebra in a fun and visual way. Be ready to experience the AHA moment when you discover that Arithmetic and Algebra are conceptually one and the same thing.
