My name is Lucy, and I am thrilled to help guide you on this transformative journey.

A little about me: I moved to Italy ten years ago after graduating from chiropractic college. Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a passion for productivity and time management, constantly seeking ways to maximize efficiency in both my personal and professional life. More recently, I decided to become a registered yoga teacher. This experience opened my eyes to the profound impact different techniques can have on the nervous system. Just as chiropractic adjustments can help re-regulate the nervous system, so can mindfulness practices, deep breathing, and positive habit formation. This realization has been pivotal in my approach to health and wellness, empowering individuals to take control of their well-being.

Even more recently, I became a mother to a wonderful 15-month-old son! The demands of motherhood, combined with my professional responsibilities, presented some pretty big and new challenges. I found that my previously established habits and routines were disrupted, leading to me feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Like many of you, I struggled to find the time for self-care and personal development amidst a hectic schedule.

Through this course, I want to share the tools and techniques that helped me regain control of my time and re-establish positive habits. By learning to regulate your nervous system and form new habits, you too can create a balanced, stress-free, and productive life.
